About the Role
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students? Join our team as a Behavior Interventionist and play a vital role in helping children thrive in their educational journey. You’ll work one-on-one and in small groups with students who need behavioral support, using proven strategies to help them succeed both academically and socially.
In this role, you’ll implement behavior plans, apply Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques, and collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and other specialists to create a positive, supportive learning environment. Every day brings new opportunities to connect, guide, and grow alongside your students.
What You'll Do:
Support students with a wide range of abilities and behavioral needs.
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans with consistency and care.
Collect data, track progress, and celebrate student growth.
Work side-by-side with an incredible team of educators and support staff.
Help build inclusive, proactive, and safe classroom environments.
Be a positive force in the lives of students who need it most.
Who You Are:
Passionate about helping children with special needs succeed.
Experienced or interested in ABA, special education, or behavior support.
A team player with strong communication, problem-solving, and organization skills.
Calm under pressure and ready to adapt in dynamic school settings.
Comfortable working across different schools and flexible with assignments.
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree (or currently pursuing) in psychology, education, or related field; Bachelor’s preferred.
Experience in school or clinical settings is a plus.
Must pass background checks and required clearances.
Willing to travel within a 25-mile radius.
